Due to the live, interactive, and limited-capacity nature of our 2-Day LIVE Webinar Experience ("From Emotional Survival to Conscious Creation"), all ticket registrations are non-refundable and non-cancellable once completed.
While ticket fees are non-refundable, if you are unable to attend the scheduled live session due to an emergency, you may transfer your registration seat to another person. To request a seat transfer, please email us at support@thrivewithjuhi.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of Day 1 with the replacement attendee's full name, email address, and phone number.
In the event that you are charged multiple times for a single registration due to a technical error during payment processing, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction. Please contact support@thrivewithjuhi.com within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of payment (Razorpay payment ID or bank transaction receipt).
